（「Melodies & Contacts」第1回公演〔荻窪グッドマン、1984年8月30日、共演：篠田昌已、森下寿一〕のプログラムより）
ことしもゲストに色いろな人が来たのでおもいだしてみると皆ぐうぜんに出遭った人ばかりで出された音もぐうぜんそうなったものが多かったと思い、その間に自分の世界観などもどんどん変化し、今回はこういう形になりました。今日のゲストははじめていっしょに演奏する人ばかりなのですが知り合った以上たとえ場所がちがっても一緒に演奏することの方へいくのは、まだまだ自分の戦略だと思っております。

階段があればのぼってしまう
腹の天使ももうすぐ終わる

ゆううつな 灰が とびたって
モーターボートの 湖水を走る 本能の城
闇の発明者は 風を降らせて
地を破滅させているものを破滅させ
死人を裁く凶暴な 棘が 降り立って
空は 黄色く
波は 黒く 盛り上がる

街角のカレッジ
隠れ場のない
わたしの血の罪
ほんとは死んでもいい筈なのに
通りかかる娘たちを眺めたり
のろい馬に賭けたり

二か月先を走ってきたよ
コートを開いて全てを招き入れると
俺は何処へも行けなくなった
駅の階段振りさけ見れば
総破壊の前に before the “contra”destruction

三年半があれから経った
前線の城は散らかっていたよ
ここはメギドか関ケ原
墓の中さえ覗いてきたよ

斜面の生活
体が動かない朝 言葉だけが出て来る
予定があるのに散歩しか出来ない
すべての散歩の詩は停滞のロータリーを巡る
枯渇した霊の木立を秋の写真が切り取る
それを見て黙すなら
君の午後はいやされるだろう
再び見るためのすべての散歩の詩は
君を振り出しまで戻してくれるだろう
しかし倒れた人形を
再び斜面に置くだろうか？
斜面についての所感派には
想像も出来ない朝10時の支えがあるというのに。
