• What’ s most obvious on your mind in the cold winter sun alone?
Reiko: It is strange there is a creature that emits light on the deep sea-bed. They flash even though they have never seen the light. It is a grateful thing that I can hear sounds.
冬里さんへ
●以前のインタヴューでライフワークはスコアを残すことである、とお伺いしましたが、それについては今も同じでしょうか
冬里：スキャンしてハードディスクに仕舞わないと、とは思っていたのですが今はどちらかというと捨ててしまいたいくらいです。
(to Tori)
●You told me that your lifework is write scores on our previous interview. Is it still the same on you?
Tori: I ought to scan and keep them in a hard disk, but now I would rather throw them away.
●スコアを残すということと作曲するということに違いはあります
冬里：作曲は当該の経験全てを包含しますが、遺されたスコアはそれをある角度から切り取ったフレームに過ぎませんていうか僕にはスコアを演奏してくれる友達のほうがむしろ必要なのであって、作曲は個人的な出来事です。
● Did you see any difference between writing scores and composing?
Tori: Scores left behind are just frames, while composing includes all experiences concerned. I need friends who are kind enough to play my scores, while composing is just a personal affair.
●最近のマヘルの演奏者達における印象を教えてください。
冬里：彼らは心がそんなには強くないです。最近の若い人たちってそんな感じです。
●Tell us about your impression of current line-up for MSHB.
Tori: Their hearts are not strong enough like current youngsters.
●明日はどうやら晴れで、出掛けるにはもってこいの一日になりそうです。どこへ行きますか、ご家族ともしくはお一人で。
冬里：誰かのためならどこへでも行くんですけど自分のため、ということだとだめなんですというのはぼくはずっと働いてきたしこれからも働き続けるからです。
●Tomorrow maybe a sunny day and good for go out Where would you go with or without your family.
Tori: I could go anywhere for someone else but can not go just for me, because have kept working until now and I keep working.
●マヘルがオーケストラと演奏するとなると、一体どのようなものになるのでしょうか。
冬里：堕落した有名なミュージシャンたちの中で、それはそんなに新奇には聞こえないと思う。
● Orchestrated MSHB, how come ?
Tori: It might not sound new among degenerated famous musicians.
